I loved being close to all the action, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I enjoyed having a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

It's situated near a bunch of restaurants to grab a quick and delicious bite or dine in style. the area is teeming with plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood that serve up great dishes. Plus, it's right in the city centre, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and a cosy bed. the room had plenty of facilities, including a kitchenette, washing machine, and a handy sofa to relax on.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hdcl Service Residence. The room was modern and well-kept, and I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy some fresh air. Despite the tight space, I had everything I needed, including a table and chairs and a small kitchenette. It really felt like I was staying in a tiny apartment. The pillows and duvet were amazing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with the city center within walking distance. I highly recommend this residence for a pleasant stay in Chengdu.

The staff's English skills are minimal and some were not very friendly or helpful. the lack of a kitchenette in some rooms and the narrow toilet space may not be convenient for all guests.

I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the various shopping malls and upscale Taikoo Li shopping mall. The cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, the room was modern with a great setup, making it very neat and tidy. Not to forget the great view from the room, especially at night. I could not find better hotels with such good location, easy access to transportations and a variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Home away from home! The spacious rooms with full kitchen equipment and high-level bath facilities made me feel like a master chef and a spa-goer all in one. I even found a wash machine in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the balcony provided a perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset gazing. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ensuring I stayed connected throughout my stay.

The location was good and most tourist attractions were nearby. the room had a washing machine which was convenient, and there was a kettle to make tea too. the biggest plus point was that the hotel was affordable.

The view from the window was extremely unattractive. Plus, the room was poorly designed with no proper division between the bathroom and kitchen.

The hotel is centrally located, with many attractions within walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Metro station nearby. Spacious rooms with tasteful furniture. Each room has its own washing machine. Small balcony with stunning views.
